口头公告是面对面地把事情传达给对方。大多数情况下不需要写落款和日期。公布口头公告时，应注意以下哪些问题：

2 .书面公告

书面公告是以布告、张贴的形式产生，经常是张贴在显眼的位置，以导致公众的注意。为了醒目，标题的每个字母常大写。

书面公告的格式：

1 ）标题：在文章主体上面正中的地方写上 NOTICE .

2 ）文章主体：涵盖详细时间、地址位置、活动内容和须知。

3 ）单位：发公告的单位大多数情况下写在文章主体的右下角。有的时候，也放于标题之上，起强调作用。

4 ）时间：大多数情况下写在左下角。

一、notice作n.(名词)

1、notice的基本意思是“布告,通告,启示”,指用以宣传某事的出现或传达某种指示的公告。也可以指“预告,公告”,即告诉某人某事马上就要出现。notice还可指提醒某人对某事导致“注意”。引申可指“评价,短评”。
