It is one of China’s traditional sports, and is being practiced by the young as well as the old, gradually making it a special element of Chinese culture. 暑假里妈妈给我报了个学武术的兴趣班是少林派的。我的教练是一位头发花白的长者,身穿白色练功服,满脸严肃,让人望而生畏。老师启动给我们讲学武术的目标,学武术是为了强身健体,要坚持不怕苦,不怕累,要像大禹治水一样持之以恒,像愚公移山一样坚定不移。一开头练武术,以为很简单,上课老是开小差,教练讲,我一句也没听进去,结果教练挨个的检查时,看到我做的动作不可以要领,拿起棍子直接抽上了我的屁股,我在那里叫“天天不灵,叫地地不响”,后面我再也不敢不仔细了。老师带我们在操场上练习蹲马步、出拳、出掌……我学得很仔细。头上的汗水往下滴,但我仍然兴致勃勃,渐渐地我启动喜欢上了武术。让我记忆犹新的是教练让在三十摄氏度的气温下练习蹲马步。一分一秒的,灼热的紫外线把我晒得热汗直流,我的泪水在眼睛里打转,但最后我强忍着泪水练习。教练说:“你们的父母是为了让你们在艰苦的环境中锻炼意志,你们一定要坚持。”是呀在生活当中,免不了要碰见与挫折,只要勇敢的去面对,就可以战胜!
