　　真功夫快餐成立于15年前，当时的创始人唯有22岁。现目前，它在上海的连锁店已经超越15家，全国目前一共有300多家。它的标志是李小龙，颇具纪念意义。 The Kung Fu fast food chain was started 15 years ago by a 22-year-old Chinese man. Now there are about 15 outlets in Shanghai and over 300 around China. They feature a memorable company logo featuring Bruce Lee.

　　永和是台湾台北市一个郊区的名字。几十年前，当地有一家早餐店，那里的鲜豆浆远近闻名。1995年，一名台湾省投资者在上海开了第一家永和快餐店。现目前，永和在上海的连锁店已超越30家。 Yonghe is the name of a suburb of Taipei city in Taiwan, where several decades ago there appeared a breakfast shop specializing in fresh soybean milk. A chain by the same name was started in Shanghai in 1995 by Taiwanese investors. Now it has more than 30 restaurants in the city.

　　永和大王以新鲜的豆制品而闻名，价位在5到8元不等。 Yonghe King is most famous for its freshly made soybean products, costing from 5 to 8 yuan.

这个难度你是问技术方面还是问资金方面？

技术方面： 炸鸡、汉堡都是简单的快餐，没有难度。

资金方面： 土地财政致使各地政府把不该拆的城中村也基本拆光了。 高额的租赁费、员工费用（员工因房租也工资刷刷上涨，不然根本招不到人）。

上涨的费用都要均摊到商品上，故此，理所当然可能会造成两种情况，一是价格高，二是品质低。 故此在高价有KFC、麦当劳、德克士。低价有华莱士的恶劣竞争环境下。 做炸鸡汉堡店难度很大。
